Overview

This treatment lifts a drooping nose tip by relaxing the depressor septi nasi muscle, which pulls the tip downward when you speak or smile. A small amount of neurotoxin gives the nose a more refined and lifted look.

What to Expect

• Appointment Duration: 5–10 minutes
• Sensation: Quick pinch at the base of the nose
• Post-Treatment: Minor redness or swelling; typically gone in under 30 minutes
• Visible Change: Appears within 5–7 days, with full effect around day 10
• How Long It Lasts: Around 2–3 months

Pre-Treatment Care

• Avoid alcohol and NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen) 48 hours prior
• Postpone treatment if you have congestion, sinus infection, or a cold
• Do not apply makeup or skincare on the nose prior to your visit
• Disclose any history of rhinoplasty or filler in the nose

Aftercare

• Don’t touch, rub, or apply pressure to the nose for 24 hours
• Refrain from glasses or sunglasses resting on the area immediately after
• Avoid exercise, facials, or lying flat for at least 4 hours
• Makeup can be applied the following day

Contraindications

Not suitable for clients who:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have nasal structural issues or previous complications from nose procedures
• Have allergies to neurotoxin ingredients
• Have neuromuscular disorders
• Are experiencing an active respiratory or sinus infection

Additional Notes

• Best for mild nasal tip drooping; not a substitute for surgical rhinoplasty
• May be combined with nonsurgical nose contouring for enhanced results
