Overview

MicroTox involves using very small amounts of neurotoxin placed superficially into the skin. When applied to the neck, it improves skin texture, tightens crepiness, and reduces the appearance of fine lines for a smoother, firmer look.

What to Expect

• Treatment Time: 20–30 minutes
• Sensation: Tiny superficial pinpricks; minimal discomfort
• After Effects: Mild redness or bumps that resolve in a few hours
• Results Develop: Subtle improvements begin in 3–5 days; full effect in 2 weeks
• Lasts: 2–3 months

Pre-Treatment Care

• Discontinue retinols, acids, and active skincare on the neck 3 days before
• Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning substances for 48 hours
• Do not apply makeup, lotions, or SPF on the treatment area the day of
• Come in hydrated with clean skin

Aftercare

• Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the neck for 24 hours
• Refrain from workouts, saunas, or sun exposure for 24 hours
• Avoid sleeping face-down for the first night
• Resume skincare and makeup the next day

Contraindications

This treatment is not recommended if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have an active rash, breakout, or infection on the neck
• Have had recent neck surgery or skin tightening
• Have known allergies to botulinum toxin
• Have neuromuscular disorders

Additional Notes

• Excellent for treating tech neck or early signs of aging
• May be paired with RF microneedling or peels for enhanced tightening
• Not intended to replace deeper treatments for advanced laxity
