Overview

A brow lift with Botox or Dysport is a non-surgical way to subtly raise the eyebrows, open the eye area, and create a refreshed, youthful look. It works by relaxing the muscles that pull the brows downward, allowing the lifting muscles to become more dominant.

What to Expect

• Duration: 10–15 minutes
• Comfort: Mild, brief pinches around the brows or outer forehead
• Post-Treatment Effects: Minor redness or bumps fade quickly
• When It Kicks In: Around 5–7 days, with full effect at 2 weeks
• Duration of Results: Typically 3–4 months

Pre-Treatment Care

• Avoid alcohol, NSAIDs, and supplements like fish oil and vitamin E for 2 days
• Do not apply makeup, sunscreen, or active skincare on the forehead or brows
• Disclose any history of eyelid droop (ptosis) or eye surgery to your provider
• Come in well-hydrated with a clean face

Aftercare

• Remain upright for 4–6 hours after treatment
• Avoid touching or applying pressure to the brow area for 24 hours
• Skip exercise, facials, and sun exposure for 24 hours
• Resume skincare and makeup after one day

Contraindications

Do not receive this treatment if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have a history of eyelid ptosis or brow asymmetry
• Are allergic to any component of botulinum toxin
• Have an active skin infection at the injection site
• Have a known neurological condition

Additional Notes

• Ideal for those with mild to moderate brow heaviness or asymmetry
• Can be combined with crow’s feet or forehead tox for a more complete look
• Results are customizable—some prefer a dramatic arch, others a subtle lift
